The new fast assistance service via WhatsApp for the whole company sales network is now active.

It is a rapid support tool to respond to the need of answering, in the shortest possible time and with maximum efficiency, to the various requests that we receive daily from distributors, importers, service workers and the entire sales network. A new digital tool that is handy and easy to use, that we have activated to guarantee our collaborators and partners a direct line with us. Above all, a service at your disposal to support you with punctuality and that guarantees a top-quality assistance service to you and consequently to end customers.


There are two active telephone numbers that you can contact to receive immediate help:


-LOTUS BACK OFFICE, to request stock availability, many types of documentation, prices of machines and spare parts and all the commercial information that any customer may need.

-LOTUS AFTER SALES, to check the availability of spare parts or accessories, for technical information or to report a problem, such as the malfunction of a machine, and request assistance.


A few but fundamental information is enough for our After Sales service to support you at best:

name and surname of the person requesting assistance and name of the reference company, serial number of the machine, (that you can find inside the compartment or behind the control panel), a photo or video for an immediate identification of the problem or anything you may need and a short description of the malfunction or what you need.
