If we are celebrating 40 years of success today, it is also thanks to Lotus's constant participation in the most important international trade shows in the industry. This active, passionate participation is an important lever for growth, a unique opportunity to weave and consolidate relationships, present new products and delve into global markets.
Here, then, is a short account of the March fairs our company participated in, supporting our importers and exploring new business horizons to continue to grow under the banner of responsible and sustainable innovation.
NAFEM (USA)
This is certainly one of the most significant showcases for the professional equipment industry in the United States. Its participants include both US manufacturers and those from other countries, and attending is an excellent opportunity to forge relationships with dealers, large US restaurant chains, chain consultants and other key figures in the market.
Lotus presented a wide range of professional electric and gas pasta cookers through our importer Arcobaleno, which has been successfully distributing them in the US market for years as a specialised player in marketing the widest variety of high-quality professional pasta-making equipment.
There was great interest in our products, which belong to a fast-growing sector in the United States that has recently become very interested in the fresh pasta supply chain. The success of our range of completely certified pasta cookers that comply with the safety and sanitation standards required for the US market is due to the fact that it meets the specific characteristics of a food concept that is highly valued in the US, namely that of Italy. In this very sectoral and nationalistic market where, moreover, there are signs of an interesting culinary evolution, we sell enhanced pasta cooker models that are also suitable for frozen products, an integral part of American eating habits.
Attending the fair was also an excellent opportunity to increase and improve our importer's relationship with its sales network in the United States, as well as for Lotus to meet other potential importers to expand into other markets.
HOTELEX (CHINA)
Hotelex in Shanghai is a strategic gateway to the Asian market, and particularly China, with more than a billion people and a rapidly expanding restaurant industry. Our goal in this case was to explore - as novice Marco Polos in the company of De Caprio, Southeast Asia Manager - growth opportunities for Lotus, to assess potential developments for our brand and to understand the best market entry strategy.
EUROGASTRO (POLAND)
The main international trade fair dedicated to the HoReCa sector in Poland is held in Warsaw and is a benchmark for the Polish market. Participating was an important opportunity for us to strengthen the cooperation with our partner RM Gastro Poland, which presented Lotus's excellent products at the fair, including the 700 line, the high-efficiency touch fryer, and for the first time in the Polish market, the innovative 90 touch line. How did it go? There was again great interest from industry professionals at this very well-attended event.
