A historic edition of Hostelco + Alimentaria, the leading international platform for the food and Horeca sectors, has just ended in Barcelona. For Lotus kitchens, it was much more than just a trade fair. From 23 to 26 March, we were present at Alimentaria, which celebrated a remarkable milestone this year: 50 years of history. An important anniversary, which brought a special energy to the event and a strong sense of continuity between tradition and the future.
Within this highly significant context, we experienced four busy days filled with meetings, discussions and new connections. Once again, Hostelco proved to be a unique venue: not just an exhibition space, but a meeting point for those who, like us, work every day to make professional kitchens safer, more efficient and more innovative.
We listened to needs, gathered feedback and shared ideas. Every conversation enriched us. Every handshake strengthened relationships that have been built over time or helped forge new ones. And this is precisely the value we see in events like this: the opportunity to grow together with our market.
As in the previous edition, we were accompanied by our long-standing partner Mainho, with whom we have been working for over 30 years. Together, we have built a solid and enduring legacy in Spain, where our company is now a leading name in professional kitchens. Once again, we felt the strength of a partnership that continues to evolve, always with an eye on the future.
