There are just few weeks left until the start of HostMilano 2023 and at Lotus we are ready to amaze the visitors and professionals who will come to visit us with an incredible roundup of news and solutions for the world of catering and hospitality.
At HostMilano we will bring the latest innovations introduced in our equipment, mainly inspired by the themes of digitalisation and energy saving. The target is to make the use of our machines increasingly functional, simple, and convenient to meet the needs of commercial and high-level catering, where culinary excellence goes also through the performance of the equipment used. But in times of great attention to environmental sustainability and energy costs, the target is also to maximize efficiency as to reduce waste and management costs, thus contributing to a more sustainable and prudent cuisine.
This international fair, the most prestigious and eagerly awaited of the sector, represents a crucial moment to show off on a global level. This is why we dedicated months of effort and preparation to this event. Since the first months of the year, we have worked tirelessly to bring many new features to the fair, including:
-TOUCHFRYLOTUSGAS: a new model of gas-powered fryer designed for the 70 SUPERLOTUS and 90 IPERLOTUS lines, featuring touch controls and digital systems for greater efficiency and energy savings. A revolution in the world of kitchen equipment!
-EXTERNBURNERFRYERS: a new line of fryers designed with a completely free tank, as indicated in the name itself. An innovation that improves functionality, reduces energy consumption, and simplifies cleaning of the machine. A trick that all chefs have been waiting for!
-90 IPERLOTUSTOUCH: we extend the convenience of the Touch system to the entire 90 IPERLOTUS line, which thus becomes even more efficient and functional. A line extension awaited by many of our customers!
Our presence at HostMilano will be even more special this year because we will have a large, completely renovated stand. You will find on display our fully equipped main lines and a reception area where you can hold meetings during the fair. Furthermore, we have added a special corner with a three-dimensional LED screen where we will project the new company video with our new claim "We are your kitchen", which will be officially presented in Milan.
