HORECAVA AND SIRHA: Lotus continues to evolve

This 40th year of Lotus is already off to a great start: two trade fairs, two successes in our key markets.

From 13 to 16 January we took part in HORECAVA in Amsterdam, the trade fair dedicated to the latest innovations and trends in the catering world, where we were present with our distributor Techno Horeca. During this fair we presented the Super Lotus 70 range, which is already enjoying great success on the markets, to the numerous visitors, mainly end users. This range has been further refined in the new Iperlotus 90 touch range, designed to guarantee maximum efficiency in terms of energy and performance. The evolution of our products, characterised by constant improvement in performance and environmental impact, in line with a market that is increasingly sensitive to the issues of energy saving and sustainable innovation, was greatly appreciated.

Visitors who flocked to SIRHA in Lyon from 23 to 27 January showed similar enthusiasm for all the Lotus products. SIRHA is the most important trade fair for the catering industry in France and is held every two years. It attracts exhibitors from all over the world and is mainly aimed at distributors. We were there with CP Berthier, our agent for France, which is one of our best export markets. We presented the 2WAYSLOTUS 110 through-kitchen, the FREEBLOCK 5.0 monobloc and the Iperlotus Touch 90 range. Once again, visitors greatly appreciated the advantages of our products and, above all, the potential and the ability of Lotus to carry on growing.

Despite the difficulties caused by today's delicate international political and economic situation, the huge turnout and the keen interest shown in our products at these two prestigious trade fairs show that our company is reaping the rewards of years of hard work, and that our new products are heading in the right direction.

This is why we celebrate Lotus' 40th anniversary with you, not only as an important milestone but, more importantly, as a new beginning, a new evolution in pursuit of the goals we have been working towards throughout our many years of research, development and production, increasingly in line with market demands. The expansion of the touch range and all our other ranges is moving in this direction, with a view to maximum digitisation, optimised energy consumption and sustainability, in order to share with our customers a growth that innovates professional catering while respecting the environment.
