HORECAVA 2026: a great start to the year

Having ended our 40th anniversary year in December, the new kicked off with a hugely successful trade fair.

Interaction with the market and direct exchange with professionals in the sector are always an integral part of our operations. With this in mind, once again this year we took part in HORECAVA in Amsterdam, one of the most important events for the professional catering industry.

As guests of our partner Techno Horeca, we had the pleasure of meeting with leading industry operators, professionals and end customers from a variety of markets.  We enjoyed the opportunity to engage in open and direct exchanges, which allow Lotus to accurately interpret the new requirements of professional kitchens and focus the development of our products in an increasingly targeted manner.

We presented a range of excellent solutions that clearly showcase our ongoing technological growth: from the new 70 touch line with H2 sanitary compartments
- for an increasingly smart and connected kitchen that optimises energy consumption and facilitates cleaning, maximising hygiene in compliance with the most stringent health regulations, to the Freeblock monoblocs, designed to offer high performance combined with maximum practicality and eco-sustainability to meet the needs of a constantly evolving market.

Our proposals attracted considerable interest from the numerous visitors to the event, who confirmed their appreciation for our company's design approach, focused increasingly on efficiency, innovation, food safety and environmental responsibility, with numerous requests for further information.

HORECA 2026 confirms its importance for Lotus as a key opportunity for observation and exchange, a space where relationships are transformed into value and ideas become tangible inspiration for the future.

Participating in trade fairs of this calibre means continuing to invest in engagement with the market and strengthening our international presence, with the aim of developing professional kitchen equipment with increasingly high performance, greater sustainability and closer alignment with the real needs of those who use it every day.
