Steel makes a comeback and cookers get an exciting injection of colour!
This is the slogan with which Lotus S.p.A. kicked off the 41st edition of HostMilano, held in the Lombardy capital last October, at the event dedicated to Ho.Re.Ca professional operators.
It was here that Alan Dal Pos, CEO of Lotus S.p.A, welcomed large numbers of visitors to the company’s stand to discover all the latest technological innovations and designs for Lotus cookers.
“We have a lot of new products on display at Host this year. We are showcasing the new gas version of the Lotus Freeblock 5.0 Monoblock - Alan Dal Pos explained - with its eye-catching and modern design perfectly in line with the requirements of both the kitchen and chefs. We are also presenting a new innovative MOCA-certified plate material with hygiene certification. A chrome-based material that does not slide or stick to material and does not oxidise like standard chrome.”
The new range of digitally-controlled fryers with touch screen controls has aroused a lot of interest. A new entry stemming from the constant feedback from customers in the project stage and their demand for functionality and ergonomics.
Lastly, participants of HostMilano also renewed their approval of Lotus S.p.A for fulfilling the request for the customisation of its cookers through the elegant use of colour. The company offers customers the possibility of customising their cooker, where every chef produces spectacular dishes, through a choice of colours. You can, in fact, add an original touch of design by choosing the colour that best matches your personal taste and the place in which it will be installed. Just ask for the corresponding RAL colour and your cooker will be bursting with creativity and fun.
